The kitchen and dining room were updated in 2023 with butcher block countertops, while the main level features fresh paint on the walls and ceilings, along with new carpet in the living room. The fully remodeled basement offers even more room to relax and entertain, featuring ceramic tile flooring throughout, a stylish bar, a full new bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a dedicated laundry area. Outside, enjoy new updated landscaping, a newer (2019) cement front porch with pillars, cement patio and walkway, and a spacious backyard with new sod, plus a cement pad and shed for additional storage. Major exterior improvements include new siding, soffit, trim, and both exterior doors. Additional updates include a new roof (2025), hot water tank (2025), light fixtures throughout (2025), kitchen sink and garbage disposal (2024), and refrigerator (2024). All kitchen appliances stay!
