About this home
Discover the ultimate western Michigan lake lifestyle on all-sports Hemlock Lake in Marcellus! This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sits on nearly 1.5 acres with coveted western exposure for breathtaking sunsets right from your own backyard — and it's priced exceptionally well relative to recent same-street sales exceeding $660K. The last five years have brought a complete transformation: luxury flooring throughout, new bedroom carpeting, new roof, composite deck, and a screened porch perfect for lakeside entertaining. The natural boulder shoreline is stunning, with an enclosed stairway offering an easy, protected passage down to the water — ideal for carrying kayaks, paddleboards, and other lake gear. A freshly painted interior and exterior, plus the new front patio, add gorgeous curb appeal, making this home truly move-in ready. Major mechanicals are all new — furnace, water softener, water heater, and ejector pit — so you can simply relax and enjoy the water.
